Daniel Paul Stone

I've been drawing all my life. In fact, some of my earliest drawings are my best. This is because a drawing is not supposed to make you look, but feel. And young people have a funny way of giving to those who can't be given to. I think we see the world clearer, when we see others the way they see themselves. I feel alive when I see the majesty of all that is around me unfold before me like a dove taking flight. I've found solace in drawing, poetry, painting, and illustration. In so far as I believe in what I do and see the effects first hand, I always gain the strength to continue to go down the road that leads to peace, love, and understanding.
